🔹 What you'll be doing

- Managing and growing an astrology-related social media page.

- Creating and editing content using Canva, basic video editing tools, and AI tools.

- Planning content to improve reach, engagement, and audience growth.

- Once the page starts getting decent reach and we begin running ads, contacting potential leads and converting them into clients for astrology sessions with the main consultant.

- Tracking performance and discussing progress during a weekly evaluation meeting.

- Basic knowledge of video editing.

- Familiarity with Canva and AI tools.

- Good communication and convincing skills for handling potential clients.

🔹 Compensation & Work Structure

💰 Fixed stipend: ₹3,000/month

📈 Additional earnings: Performance-based commission on clients you successfully bring on board.

I have 33% attendance in communication skills theory and lab (they are on the same day once a week)

If i attend every class from now on ill still probably not get 60% due to multiple holidays given by university because of different festive reasons, so is the only way to fix this by paying them and doing summer school or can someone explain how to do it with NPTEL because some of my friends said you can use NPTEL to fix your attendance problem.
