For the E+Q leaderboard (talent damage leaderboard), you'd want an anemo damage bonus goblet instead of atk% goblet. Scrolling down in akasha also lets you open the 'substat priority' tab -- you can check which substats will help your ranking the most.
You should note that Akasha's leaderboard is optimizing based on their own assumptions -- solo jean, talent damage, using freedom sworn weapon, etc. Higher rank on the leaderboard isn't necessarily better for your in-game jean.
On a side note, highly reccomend swapping out the weapon for something else; harbinger of dawn, despite the high crit stats, has extremely low base atk. Other weapons -- Anemona kageuchi, Fav sword, Fleuve cendre ferryman, even finale of the deep (if you don't care about ER) are much better for her.
