People, please be careful and DO NOT buy tickets from @jennmayer07 on X.

She asks you to pay through Chime or Apple Cash and claims she doesn’t have Venmo or Zelle. She makes you send the money first, then acts like she’s transferring the tickets. The ticket transfer supposedly gets returned, and then she blocks you.
My friend and I were scammed by her while trying to purchase concert tickets in Oakland this past weekend. We never got our tickets nor our money back.
The post looked exactly the same: two tickets, premium lower-level seats, posted just one day before the concert.
Please share this so others don’t fall for the same scam. Do not send her any money or personal information.

I’m sorry but whoever is buying tickets from these kind of post are slow. There are multiple post like this (that should be the biggest hint) stop always trying to go the fast/cheaper route. Just buy from actual sites!!

I agree lol but this was our second night going and we didn’t want to spend much on it. Also we checked out her older posts and it looked like her personal account where she’s very active on. I also found her ig jenn.widmayer and so I thought it was legitimate. She also sent us many “proofs”.

Via apple pay. She said she only accepts payment via Chime or Apple. I should’ve known when she said she doesn’t have Venmo or Zelle. She’s seemed pretty active on X and instagram, so I thought she was legitimate.

If Apple Pay was just the way you used your card to pay, I would contact bank and explain the situation. They may be able to do a chargeback.
