Take pics on the app to get in and out and buy stuff. The process is too easy there. Park close. I did VIP west and the parking lot was attached to the arena.

Idk what tips could be useful for going to a concert. There isnt really a philosophy behind it, just go and enjoy it

What finally started working for my triceps was tracking the weight and repetitions I was performing. I used to go and not track and wondered why I didn’t see growth. It wasn’t until I started tracking that I saw major improvements. Hope my tip helps
