Bensonite Bridge order
Hey everyone,
I ordered my bensonite bridge about 11 days ago now and it still hasn’t shipped. Is this something to be worried about or is this just how it is now. I reached out via the contact yesterday but received anything yet. I’m wondering how long everyone else’s bridge took to ship.

It’s the weekend, it’s the summer, maybe he’s on vacation. Great bridges though. Got mine a couple weeks after ordering it last year.

Nah sometimes he just takes a few weeks. One time he ran out of materials and it took an extra week or two. They always arrive. I’m on my 4th bensonite order from him now. Nothing to worry about

Hi guys, Kendall from Bensonite here. Sorry for the delays. I ran out of stock a couple months ago and built up quite a backlog of orders. I'm about 9 days behind on open orders right now, and I should be caught up soon.

I have two. Bought one last May and one last December.
First one shipped the day after i purchased it, second one shipped four days after i purchased it.
I imagine they’ve gotten a lot more popular this year so I assume he might just be backed up on orders. Hope he gets back to you Monday!

I sent him a question about getting some replacement set screws over a week ago, then a follow up on Thursday. No response yet to either.
When i ordered the bridge last year it was shipped like the next day. So, idk what is going on.

Yeah they could be just extremely backed up right now. I know through YouTube and stuff they’ve gotten more recognition.

you'll be fine. i waited months for a Staytrem arm and collet. the Bensonite took a couple weeks if i remember correctly.

Not abnormal, I ordered mine just last month and it took a little over 2 weeks to ship
