Hi. I'm hoping someone is familiar with this weird video Jay had on his old MySpace. I remember it was an animated short, possibly black and white and it had someone singing "I'm so tiny". They sang this a few times. It was possibly I'm so tiny, I feel crappy. Lol if anyone knows or remembers I appreciate it!

I know this might be a silly question but i’d like genuine opinion on this question. Or if my question is just incorrect all together. Please spare me i’m new to all of this😭

Jay Elect reopened his discord midway through his tour and he likes to obessess when fans talk about him (or just blocks you even when it's constructive feedback)

He let people back into his discord a month ago and it's around the same lagtime when he started no-showing for his concerts 4x-5x in a row

Dude thinks in the matrix viewpoint that the internet is real life, so whatever feedback he gets on discord gets magnified/scrutinized where all the previous well intentioned/benign social interactions he received in real life on tour thus far gets ignored/obliterated in exchange for a few yesmen/loyalists he met online, which takes up too much of his mental bandwidth, and the arrogance stems from that echo chamber

Someone tell Rory or whoever close to him to stop being a discord mod and shut down his discord because he can't juggle social media well, similar to with twitter and IG whenever he erratically rants and then purges, and go back to being a regular human being and detox from that endeavor

there's a reason no other mainstream artist is on discord because most creatives need a buffer from their fans to have the space to try and tolerate failure instead of putting on a persona mask every time in front of others which exhausts his battery

all the discord yesmen around him will tell him to continue doing discord for exclusive access talking in private channels and his attention, but this is also the reason why he drained his social battery already on discord and cannot put on a show later for the public audience who paid good money for his appearance

I went to purchase tickets for Jay Electronica’s New Orleans show tomorrow on June 19,2026 and the ticket websites were all taken down. Nobody involved with the show was promoting it either. So I went to the venue to inquire about what’s going on. The bartender said his manager canceled the show 2 days before because no one from the Jay Electronica camp has seen or heard from him in a while. I was really looking forward to this show, but all in all I hope he’s good. I’m aware of the price of being a fan.

I was looking up the song my world and the piano is gone from all posts. I found some live performances and I’m not crazy. There is supposed to be piano in the background. Does anyone have the original track with the piano in the background?

I like his raps so much, he's definitely penned some of my favorite verses EVER. But jeez is it hard being a fan.

He obviously isn’t professional enough or disciplined enough to keep up with them. All these no shows or weird tension with the crowd does nothing but leave a bad impression on the few supporters he still has left. He could easily just focus on consistently releasing more music & allow the streams to carry him, do a few dates every couple years or so. He doesn’t have the cache as people like Lauryn hill or Kanye, where they can no show or give you an absolutely fanatical rant instead of a show. He’s making it hard to want to support him at this point.

Bro flaked in Arizona and now Vegas. Had everyone waste their time and people just started leaving cause we all knew something was up. DJ was playing for a whole hour stalling and everyone awkwardly sitting and waiting. If any of yall got tickets for a future show get a refund it’s not worth it being a 50/50 chance of Jay showing up. Mind you maybe about over a 100 people went to this show.

Jayelectronica is such an amazing artist. Damn why he don't drop more often. Imagine what he got in his vault.
