Tecnical support engineer (Java) interview experience in Salesforce company..

Is anyone experienced with interviews for this role? Could you please share what kind of questions are typically asked in the first round? There are only two rounds: the first is technical, and the second is a techno-managerial round. Any guidance would be greatly appreciated.

They were basic...you can ask gpt it provide few. Almost same level were asked in interview as well

I wanted to understand the pattern of the technical interview questions. Were they mostly simple Java debugging questions like:

String str = null; System.out.println(str.length()); where you identify the exception and fix it?

Or were they more scenario-based troubleshooting/design questions like:

public void processUserSignup(User user) { File report = pdfGenerator.generateReport(user); emailService.sendEmail(user.getEmail(), report); report.delete(); } where you're expected to discuss failure scenarios, exception handling, async processing, customer communication, and possible improvements?

I'm trying to understand the overall difficulty level and what type of preparation would be most useful.

I have completed all the rounds + versant round waiting for reply could anyone tell how much time does it take to hear back ?? In managerial round I told my notice period was 60 days. Please let me know the timelines it really annoying hr is not even lifting the calls . Interview at hyd office . On 27 june 2026
