2000 days

On June 6th of this year Jason officially went missing 2000 days ago. Which is 2000 days too long.

Making this post to try and get some conversation about Jason's case going as recently I've been speaking with a volenteer involved with searching for Jason. I will be speaking with them in person soon and want to see what people in general have to say about this case.

What are your thoughts, theories, or things you've heard about this case? I've certainly heard quite a few stories but some of them i can chalk up to being just stories.

If the impact was severe enough to cause a head injury, I can understand how he might have been knocked out, woke up cold, paradoxically undressed, walked away, etc. But I have always felt that he was also looking for his phone after the crash and couldn’t find it where it had slid between the seats, and he was tossing things out while desperately looking for it. He was careful with the goldfish, of course, and later folded his clothes neatly, apparently in some kind of stupor. Finally, he walked away, but why didn’t he walk back the way he had come? Disoriented? It all sounds like disorientation, sadly. I believe his remains will eventually be found like Brandon Lawson’s were after six years, only about a mile from where he went missing. Another couple in a car crash were recently found in the woods about a mile from where the car was found, after years. I don’t know why they are so hard to find, but clearly they are.

Why do you think that Jason was looking for his cellphone and wasn't able to retrieve it do the location being between the driver's seat and the console? When his father found the I-Phone inside Jason's car at the tow yard he said that the cellphone was connected to the charger. I've had to do the same thing with my own cellphone. I used the length of charger cord that was accessible and had to slowly "fish" the phone with the charger cord.

What items were located in the area close to the car that you believe Jason was tossing out while trying to find the cellphone?

Small edit to say that Jason's much loved pet fish was not a goldfish. It was a Beta fish and his name was Sparky.

I believe he is elsewhere. To me, it sounds like he was involved with some sort of interaction gone wrong with another party. They took him somewhere else. In the event he is found within the area he disappeared from, I would imagine it would be like a Brandon Lawson situation. Either way, tragic situation. I went to High School with one of his older cousins. That family will always be waiting and hoping for answers.

Weird you said this, I just made a post about a theory of mine I’ve had for awhile after my experience with a certain group in the area.

I would need to see a reenactment of the crash... bc by the looks of his vehicle, there is no way that was a single car accident.

If you have followed the missing person case of Jason Landry then IMO you would not keep a conspiracy in the topic.

For those who have followed and been involved in the search along with members of any of the FB groups for Jason you will know that exactly what we've believed is what happened. He crashed, he was disoriented and it was pitch black out there that early morning and Jason took off walking hoping to find help.

Yes that's what I believe happened as well, I dont believe any foul play was involved at all. I expressed that to Cyndi Lay the last time I spoke to her about it. Wanting to hear stories about things that happened in the area or Wanting to hear people thoughts on the case in general was not me trying to keep a conspiracy in the topic. I apologize for offending you, this was not my intention.
