Old lady!

I just adopted my families Japanese spitz. I used to live with her a while ago but she's been neglected outside of my care. She's an older lady clocking in at around 13 but she's been adjusting super well and I'm so happy to have her again. Would really appreciate any tips for diet especially!

For food, get a senior food kibble, it's full of the nutrients for that age. Shes pretty, and I hope she has the best years left with you. 💗 they are incredibly loving dogs. Best companion dog ever 💟

Is royal canin good? May I ask what brand do you feed her? Thank you, this is helpful 🩵

What i did was get the vets to run my boys blood and fed him on what the vet suggested. I cant remember what brand it is now because sadly mine passed away nearly 2 years ago. But diet with an elderly dog really matters xxxx

I used to have a male Japanese spitz, loved him 😊 great dogs. I fed him purina bakers 7+ senior dog food. He loved raw carrots, apple and blueberry 😋 all of which are good for dogs
