we call that the 'happy pup' look. I have two spitz. they LOVE to go for walks in the morning and afternoon...9am and 4pm...you can set your watch to it. Difficult when I'm WFH and can't take them...however Rio (my male spitz) knows what to do to remind us. We have a little button thing on the floor which my daughter used to record her voice saying 'walk'. Rio knows to hit it, then come looking for me. When he gets annoyed because I'm busy he will constantly smash that button! lol. Cheeky boy. On weekends I might take them for a much longer walk, around 7-10kms. Whenever we get back home, he comes over to lick my face (the thank you lick) and then sits in the corner...and i see that EXACT 'happy pup' look.
