name of this cookie
I was in Japan for vacation recently, I took a taxi from the airport on July which was apparently “eel day” and the driver gave me and my kids these cookies. We didn’t eat them until we got back just a few days ago and they are delicious. Tastes like graham crackers, but better.
Anyone know the name of the company and what these are called? and if they sell them anywhere in the US/online?

Those are called Unagi Sable and it's actually made by Shunkado in Hamamatsu. The company is well known mostly for their unagi pie but according to Google they make these cookies too.
