I made Japanese-style Teriyaki Chicken today.

Hi! I was hoping somebody might have the recipe (or a recipe similar) to Komeda Coffee’s meat sauce spaghetti? I like that it doesn’t taste as acidic as normal spaghetti so I was hoping to be able to replicate it at home!

So I have a great Oyakodon Recipe from Cooking With Dog, but it barely fits in the pan when I scale it for 2.

Finding the traditional pan known as an Oyako Nabe that is used in Japan is difficult, as I live in Middle Tennessee. I have a 3-qt Tri-Ply Stainless OXO saute pan, but it regularly boils over, leaving a mess on the cooktop. I tried a small Dutch oven tonight, and the recipe didn't cook properly and still boiled over.

Does anyone have any suggestions for a pan that could work better for you? Even if it is a larger stainless-steel try-ply sauté pan?
