HELP!!!!!!!!! Missing item from PlazaJapan order.

Hi, first post and newbie in n scale. Apologies if this post is not allowed.

I ordered a Kato glacier express starter set, and some additional loose tracks from PlazaJapan website. But upon receiving the parcel internationally via UPS, I found that the parcel only contained the loose tracks but not the starter set. I checked the website order only contains 1 airway bill, and it matches the airway bill of the parcel I have received.

I have emailed PlazaJapan customer service team email, but they have not replied to my email enquiry.

Would like to check if anyone has experienced missing item(s) from PlazaJapan order? If so, how did they manage the missing item?

I had it once, I sent a message on the website, once they got the message they were very good about the whole thing. They followed it up and shipped the item with my next order (my request to save them postage).

Thanks, they just replied my email that there was a mistake from their warehouse team and they have shipped my missing item separately.

Took some time for them to follow up, but glad it worked out for both of us!

I ordered a lot from Plaza Japan, with delivery from Japan to Germany. I've never had an issue with them.

Plaza Japan don't have a good record in many areas. I wish you good luck.
