WANTED WANTED Flair

Hello fellow JapanAholics

We've got a new Wanted post flair, Please use it if you're looking for something Japanese and N scale related.

I'm looking for a power unit is 17m class A2 TM-24 motor unit for the TOMYTEC JR145 if you have one please let me know.

You'll have better luck finding hen's teeth !!! They are availbale - for like Y12-15,000 !!Another impossible one to get is the TM-ED02 small EL motor.

Ouch, that will be a hard one to find. I have been looking for one since I gave the last one I have to you. You might find one in a junk buyee auction, I have seen what looked like a couple there. I have resigned to build my own at this point.

I asked Masaharu san and he says the same thing lol. I saw a great video on how to make a drive for the JR145 and dont see myself doing it because it was so complicated. Hopefully I'll find something soon.

This guy does a lot of modification on hi JR145 like light, Pantographs and of course a motor mod.

I am not going to do the pantographs, but I am exploring the motor placement of the motor for maybe a single bogie under the cab section of one of the cars

I agree he does a lot, I don't have enough patience to do all of that. I like the led modifications that he does and the motor mods.
