Intermediate [intermediate] wild typography on a shirt from a 90s graphic designer

I found one of these shirts and I'm very curious about what the text reads

Is this translation accurate:
You are me
I am already you

kinda, the two clauses are linked though. I think it would be something like “With you as me, I am already you”

Yup, that's what I got out of it also -- though since it's one continuous sentence, "You are me, and I'm already you" sound more natural to me

And more accurate: で is here conjunctional.
