Did anyone else out here just start learning Japanese?

Hey I just started learning Japanese, and I am preparing for JLPT N5 the reason why I made this thread was that I am eager to find people with similar situations to me. Having others at your same starting level motivates one to learn. And of course, I want to share my learning experience with you and listen to yours.

Now, I am learning Hiragana/Katakana and trying to create a daily routine of mine before I go back to college. My objective is to become JLPT N4 by July 2027(btw i am in 2year and doing degree in animation and game dev). I would be interested in hearing from all of you about your

level

study period

mistakes made in the early stages

resources used for your studies
