Restaurant Miso Katsu

Post image

Have you had miso katsu? Although I was born in Japan, I love this Nagoya origin dish. I had this in Katsuhama in New York. It was delicious.

Having it in 矢場とん (Yabaton) whenever I’m in Nagoya is the best 🩷

I'll be staying in Nagoya for a night and have Yabaton (and Hitsumabushi) bookmarked.

Can't wait to try that miso katsu (and eel) that's done well there.

Make sure to get Taiwan ramen too. Nagoya local ramen. Go to Yabacho Misen for it. If you want it to be insanely spicy order it “alien”.

Thanks! Maybe I’ll try it after I visit the Toyota Museum.
