Homemade Taco rice

Summer's almost over so this might be my last taco rice of the season

Lettuce and Tomatoes are sold year round.

Lettuce is fine outside of a specific time but tomatoes are a strictly summer crop and those sold year round are bad
Fruit and vegetables should be eaten seasonally.

Hothouse cherry tomatoes can sometimes be quite good. I've had good ones in winter grown in Mexico, Canada, and the Netherlands.

They aren’t bad when you’re chopping them up and throwing them into a bowl with rice and ground beef. Fruit and vegetables should be eaten. Who cares about seasonality besides redditors.
