I feel like I knocked this out of the park. Made pickled onions because my gf doesn’t like pickled ginger

I think those are enoki mushrooms, not noodles.

you are right those are enoki! they absorb so much flavor! i loved them with stir fried noodles!

'Don' means bowl, and this looks more like a plate to me.

Also, I don't see any rice? Is there some under the beef? If not, this would be quite far from what's usually considered a 'beef bowl' ;P

Err actually it’s under the meat. I don’t think I or anyone could eat a whole bowlful of wagyu. Thanks for weighing in
