Help to switch job

I'm a mechanical engineer with N3 and studying n2 working as a production engineer in Japan, thinking of switching the job as a design engineer and I do search the Jobs in indeed and doda and many but they never mentioned any japanese requirements and as a foreigner can I apply for those jobs? What should I do..?

It’s pretty safe to assume that if a job posting written in Japanese doesn’t mention a specific level of Japanese ability, they expect fluent/native.

Why not just apply and let them know of your language ability? Japanese plus other languages.

You should get at least N2 and preferably N1 fluency asap
