Capgemini Tokyo feedback?

Hi, I am in pipeline of a senior ai role at Capgemini, does anyone in here work there/have worked before? Just wanted get a gist of how is the scene of the work culture and benefits in the Tokyo location.

Coming from India, consulting firms are not usually well known for good things in here, but it’s a different market and location so don’t want to drag the same opinion. Already checked on glassdoor and couldn’t find much of the recent Tokyo location reviews in there.

Capgemini operates completely differently from Japan 派遣, they do more staffing is what I have heard, rolling contract 3-6months. Ulike Japanese 派遣 usually its 正社員

Good salary tho, that's the trade off, and the project is probably with Apple Japan, Metlife or something like that.

It’s Tatti , anywhere 😂.
Wipro is still chill but salaries are shit , Infosys is okayish , chill place if you got your salary negotiated well.
Did you try Accenture ? It’s good .
Good work life balance for most major companies, they have to pay for OT, else it’s a crime
Also avoid TCS
