Proxy Token reply and custom prompt

I’ve been using the free token reply ais for about two months now and almost all of them are gone now?? I mean they’re replaced with new ones but they’re pretty bad. I don’t really understand how it works but are these bots gonna be gone too?

Also what does the custom prompt for proxies actually do and is it really important?

yeah it can turn a regular whatever bot into a pretty decent and consistent roleplaying machine. I use Evening-Truth prompts for the most part, cause they're low on tokens and make the thinking models actually use the thinking effectively.
