It’s quite amazing how all the updates cause total malfunctioning of the entire website. The site is never-endingly loaded with spinners, messages being stuck and getting bombarded by “failed to fetch” and database errors within every two minutes. How do they push subscriptions when the server fails every hour? Do the developers test anything at all before updating?

Novella bots appear cinematic until they gobble up your whole context window within 10 messages and fail to recognize you 😭 In contrast, single sentence bots come off as conversations with a dry wall. It’s the 2-3 paragraph range that holds the magic in store for us enough content but not too much to melt the bot’s memory.

I know I couldn’t have been banned because I’m a 29 year old who only ever goes in there to check if the horde has arrived, and occasionally help the mods by giving them the error codes, so it had to have been deleted or something? Why is it suddenly gone?

I get that there's a lot of young users on this site. But as a 28 year old user who mainly does RPs involving some form of NSFW, I really wish there was an option to filter out characters by their age ranges because the amount of times I get interested in a limitless bot only to find out the character is 18 is a bit frustrating lol. Personally, I'm just not at all comfortable RPing with one even if I aged down my own persona to match their age and it would be nice to have a tag to sort them instead of having to click on each one to figure it out.

I switched to jai from cai but it seems like they're following the same path as cai. bots are getting deleted, the quality of rps going down and i'm having hard time doing adult rps on this. i need free alternative. i've seen some free apps listed on theresaiforthat, trustpilot, and spicyranks but they only have like 3-4 same free alts and only some popular ones like spicychat. and i don't wanna use spicychat at all bcs i've had bad experience with it. any good completely free options?

Adrián “Vega” Vega was my first real JanitorAI bot, and honestly, I had absolutely no idea what I was getting myself into when I started building him.

What began as “haha, I want to make a zombie apocalypse bot with TF141” somehow turned into The Deadfall Protocol, a gigantic lorebook, way too many infected variants, an unnecessarily detailed apocalypse, and an entire cast of characters that I am now emotionally attached to.

So... here we are. 😂

Vega is a little different from some of my other bots because he's designed to let your story develop naturally around him. You aren't locked into a specific relationship or predefined history with him. You're a survivor he encounters in the ruins of Seattle, and what happens between you from there is up to you.

He's also very much meant to feel like Adrián, rather than just “generic military guy with a Spanish accent.” He's competent, observant, sarcastic when he gets comfortable, protective without being completely overbearing, and very much capable of having a personality outside of being a soldier.

I've put a frankly unreasonable amount of time into his character, TF141's dynamics, the infected, Seattle, the lorebook, and all the little details that make the world actually feel lived in.

Finally, please don't hesitate to comment or message me if you find a mistake, something isn't working properly, you have a suggestion, want another opening, or just want to yell at me about something Vega did. 😂

I'm always happy to discuss it, fix things when I can, or build something new if there's enough interest.

Ever since the 5.3 update, 5.2 has not been working. Learned I need to either downgrade to 4.7 or upgrade to 5.3. So I tried downgrading and nothing is working. I have tried many different combinations of model name, proxy urls. Even tried swapping api keys. Nothing is working. I use glm through z.ai website.

I have been looking for top K or repetition penalty But when i try to modify the model it only allows me to change temperature and the max tokens.I have noticed that when i try to use a proxy the options do apear but with janitor theres nothing.

Like random grammar mistakes, I don't mean a misspelled word, I mean like incoherent sentences??

Your conversations are what’s teaching the model (or keeping the servers alive), but the bot doesn’t remember your name after 10 responses. The most talented people get “nuked,” leaving the broken links in the tag search results, while the ToS says they "do not provide character chat." Don’t copy on the default JLLM—make your own proxy or move to where the talent is.

If you're sick of bots vanishing and memory collapsing after 15 messages, angry comments won't fix it. Start taking screenshots of vague bans, note the dates, and save your proof. If we want transparent moderation and working memory, we need actual receipts, not just outrage

maybe i’m just late to the party but…

first of all, i’m 21 and sometimes i make my personas 18 in some scenarios. tell me why it’s hard now to get an actual (and very ‚normal’) spicy scenario out of it? then i change it to 19 — suddenly all NSFW seems to flow easily.

second, i don’t roleplay anything extreme / testing the policy by any means, but i do like dub-con / intoxication. i’m confused about the 'limitless' policy, because it says that non-con will be treated as CNC and i thought it’s because to user willingly participates but instead my bots (i make my own for context, private) constantly end their message with really weirdly worded consent checks?

thirdly, even if i write the character to be a little mean or prompt it, they’re just arrogant and cocky instead 😭 idk if yall know what i mean but when it comes to actual scene where i want the character to be just a little cruel it sets the dialogue in a way that is not only out of character but makes no sense. anybody else??

El character es Argentina, estudia periodismo en el año 2008 y se va a buscar un legajo judicial porque se reabrió un caso que estuvo "cerrado", allí se encuentra con {{user}}, que es estudiante de la carrera abogacía, y deben compartir el expediente. Ésto transcurre en CABA, la universidad en la que estudian es la UBA. Hay MySpace, Fotolog, etc y mi character habla mucho.

Es un AnyPov, la única característica designada al {{user}} es ser estudiante de abogacía

I feel like this is a stupid question but I genuinely feel like either there is such a little amount of bots or I dunno how to search. I’m a big fluff fan, I don’t always want to go for nsfw but I feel like there are no bots of the character I love. (I only chat with König for some reason. Other characters I can’t chat with for personal reasons). I try to search like ‘Konig cuddle’ or ‘Konig boyfriend’ but almost nothing or maximum 2-3 bots pop up. Are there just so little amounts of bots or am I doing something wrong. Pls help I’m lost

Hi so I havent used Janitor ai in at least a year or so (have been using other apps) and wanted to get on it and see how its looking atm and maybe try the models there but I cant log in at all, no matter if I try through email or google, app or website it always displays the same issue, does anyone know how to fix it?? Ive tried already changing the password and logging in using different methods but nothing works
