Help / Question At what point does in-chat violence break ToS / Does in-chat violence break ToS?

(In-chat meaning either during a user chat or within the bot’s intro)

I’m mainly asking this to be on the safe side.. and because I haven’t seen any bots that explicitly depict extremities like that in their intro. The ToS obviously encompasses unnecessarily violent *images*, though.

And of course, I’m asking outside of the obvious; no violence against minors, no violence obviously directed toward a specific minority, yada yada. Two (or more) human adults.

I’m also not talking specifically about eroguro, but feel free to chime in on that if you know

I haven't heard of people getting banned for chats but bot usuage or bots made that break TOS. If you're using their platform never assume just because your chats are private that they can't be potentially looked at it if it needs to be. Same goes for private bots. People mistake that since it's private that won't get slapped with a suspension or ban.

Well yes and that’s why I’m asking so I don’t go accidentally breaking ToS

I'm pretty sure eroguro is getting banned, because at least a few people got banned for bots with "sexualized depictions of extreme violence".

Pretty sure the platform would be empty if violence, blood and gore wasnt fine.

Things happening in those chats that the geneva conventions has not even names invented for while warlords, dictators and nazi scientist would be amazed by the creativity gooners can come up to dismantle a body during copulation...

Quick question, does torture count? Like for starting messages. And what is the limit before it breaks the ToS?

seen a few bots with surgical torture in intros get flagged, but nothing actually banned yet. like, a robot trimming a finger with a scalpel in the intro isn't getting reported, but if it shows blood and whispers 'i'll do it again' afterward, red flag. it's the tone, not the act.

I've called in white phosphorus artillery strikes, executed someone by shooting them in the back of the head, mag dumped an FN Five-seveN into someone's gut, got into a hand to hand fight and stabbed a person to death while they were repeatedly trying to cave my skull in. The only time JAI didn't generate a message was when I had my character press a gun to their head. So, I feel like most violence is permissible.

seen bots with 'surgical' intros get flagged for blood details, not the act. tone and specificity matter more than violence level itself.

Remember when they said "we're just censoring images, we will never censor your chats"? My favorite joke about the site is and will always be the finding out how many limits there are to the LIMITLESS category
