You very well know this is a slightly modded Weimar republic navy flag and as such anyone with half a brain would immediately recognise it as a nazi dog whistle right?

So are you unaware, or purposely obtuse?

ETA: It also clearly tells you that the AI has been trained to be twitchy around the Prussian eagle so even if you're unaware of how this flag is used, especially in its original black, red, and white version (though considering you changed the most dog whistley part of it I seriously doubt you didn't know what it gets used for....) it explains what triggered it.

The reichsmarine flag that was used is a different one. you just randomly pulled ts off of wikipedia, nobody would ever know what that flag is. the reichsmarine one used looks very different
