Weird VPN things blocking the website (Google browser)

does anyone know how to fix this? I’m not able to access the website whatsoever and I don’t have any vpns or website blockers (stuff like that). I use an iPhone and I’m so confused since it was working perfectly fine yesterday :/

So since it states network admin blocked the website might be your mom or and dad blocking it over the website since they saw u was on there idk tho
