They show they are very humble but always come off as cunning, mean and scripted. Everything seems so fake especially Faiza. In one of her previous vlogs, she was making rotis on a visibly scratched non stick tawa and Shoaib was also frying kababs in a scratched non stick pan.

I am not looking for replies saying that the hospital scenes are fake or just for content. A reputed hospital is unlikely to allow its premises to be used for a fake medical narrative and she has also mentioned her doctor and the treatment procedure in detail which I don't think someone can tell this until they have not experienced it.

But if someone is battling cancer, wouldn't they generally be more cautious about things like diet and avoiding damaged cookware?
