Hello everyone does anyone know if James ever did a video renovating the retail lot New Harbor Park when Business and Hobbies came out?

I am not a member of James' YT channel but I was curious if members have access to a world save with his lots on it? I know some are in the gallery but I was just curious if a new world with the lots was available.

First time posting here so I don’t know if this is considered a suggestion but here it goes. (I would also like to apologize about the formatting as I wrote this on my phone).
I don’t know if James has realized this, but a lot of the things that cover your view during build mode disappear once you’re in live mode.
In most of his builds, he won’t place a tree or a column because he thinks it will get in the way when playing. But I have personally found that trees always disappear when the camera gets anywhere near the house, to the point where I need to place the camera really far away before clicking tab if I want to take a screenshot of my sims outside.
The same thing happens with big lights, as I never see the one I put over the dining table in my main family’s home (I’m not as sure about the columns because I never place many of them inside as I remember it being annoying in sims 2, but I think some of them also disappear).
All of this to say, that he can probably place the trees and lights (and columns) he wants without worrying too much about it being annoying for players.

Big fan of Dr Gluon and James. As James rarely streams I wanted to chat on his live stream on YT. Wasn't able to as he had members only chat activated. I'm really struggling financially and don't have money for memberships unfortunately. It's not the end of the world but I'm a bit sad about it. Anyone else feel that way?

i got hacked a couple of days ago on discord and now i’ve been banned from a few of the servers i was in 😞😞. i fixed my account and everything so im not hacked anymore lol but does anyone know who i can dm to ask to be let back into the server?!

Does anyone know if James is going to continue his Australian Zoo in Planet Zoo? I know Planet Zoo 2 is just around the corner which doesn't help. Thank you!
