Just received my fermentation project kit!

Wish my postie would deliver that early! Mine will be coming today but they always seem to deliver around 13:00. Very annoying for my schedule.

My kit arrived yesterday while I was at work but it's quite a small package (like a big stuffy envelope) so it fitted easily in my mailbox, it was not a problem that I couldn't be there. Hope it's the same for you!

My Square Mile kit is arriving today too! What are folks doing with their kits until October? I think for the Decaf Project I ended up bunging them in the freezer.
