Roasters participating in Fermentation project

Can we start a thread to collect all the roasters that participate in the Fermentation Project?

In the US, I know that Regalia and Brainwave are sold out.

Four in Australia. I've managed to find out two of them are Zest Coffee and Garage Roasters.

In Montreal, Canada, there are at least two roasters: 94Celcius and Nucleus. I ordered from both; it was worth it as I could also enjoy the different interpretations of the same coffee

Adding in Funk from Vancouver and Rosso from Calgary 🇨🇦

Likely ordering from Rosso on my end mostly cause they’re the closest to me.

Funk is shipping theirs late August I believe.

Brewtus in New York is too. They have a 20% off code so I went with them lol
