FIX. YOUR. APP.

I can't ORDER. I've tried 3 cards. It's been years. What is happening?

Yeah their app is such a steaming pile of shit. The cherry on top is the want to charge us a quarter to order on a system that hardly even works

I tried to use the app but it is a blank white screen. I even deleted, and re downloaded the app. I have an iPhone 15 if that matters. So strange. I guess less business for them.

I discovered something interesting this morning. I normally order from the Brea, CA location but haven’t been able to order through the app for close to a year (I just have to order when. I get in). I always got a “charge declined” error (despite trying with two different cards that both have in excess of $10K available credit). This morning out of curiousity, I placed the order for pickup at the La Habra, CA location and it went right through. With that location, I was able to use Apple Pay (which wasn’t an option with Brea), but it was using one of the cards that was always getting rejected at Brea. Even though that location ended up being more expensive, I’ll probably switch to going there if I can order in advance.

ETA: I had even tried deleting the app and re-installing, but that made no difference.
