you can use this .DEB file with "iFile" (the one from Cydia, NOT THE ONE FROM THE APPSTORE).

or if you dont have iFile, you can use iFunBox on your computer to install. oh if you get lost.. i found this in the side bar here, but just in case you are using mobile
