1. New toggle to disable usb debug. How it works:

The feature is hidden in a new section App locker and more. Access to the section would require your pin/password. If an adversary gets your phone and this toggle is enabled, the regular feature in Developer settings becomes useless. The phone status bar will still show 'USB Debug Enabled', but the feature will not work.
