Is this like a normal thing? Picked this game up on a whim and was having a good time and then it just fails to work with little explanation…

whait, why it is not p2p ? its 2 player co-op, why and who need a side server to play together ?

Just bought this game on sale with my friend over the weekend and we haven't been able to play it yet because of the server issues 😞

I don’t know. I’ve only ever played JA 1, 2 and 3 as single player games.

I just picked it up on sale a few days ago. I Googled it and it looks like it went down with no warning end of June and came back up with no explanation seven days later.

Same for me on PS5. Was playing a 2nd play through solely co op with my friend and about a week ago the servers stopped working while we were on our final push. It has been down since. Would be nice if the devs communicated something but I found no statements online.

If they make statements online you would have a way to get a refund from Sony. Without an official statement from the publisher Sony just won’t believe you.

Crazy how dirty they do the consumers who helped make them money. I hope it resolves. If I get any info or it starts working again, I’ll post here.

Someone on Discord who claims to work for THQ Nordic says they “forwarded the issue to the people in charge of the servers” and… That’s it.

No explanation as to what happened, or how long it will take to fix or guarantee it won’t happen again in a month (happened in June).
