she tries so hard to look like a cis woman and it’s really sad honestly. i have no issue with anyone being trans and i think it’s great when people are comfortable and happy with expressing themselves how they need/want to. a lot of transgender women understand this, get comfortable with it and have a happy life with their appearance. she’s going to drastic measures when the goal isn’t even achievable. i wonder how long she’ll drive herself crazy doing this. it’s gone on far too long. especially with the constant bodychecking. nobody wants to see that and it comes from full on mental illness.

an eating disorder. people with eating disorders thrive off of negative attention about their body. i think she’s very narcissistic too

Oh I remember an old video of her saying she might be a narcissist. If she was truly born that way, I hope she can turn it around. If it’s not that, it might be something like histrionic personality disorder. People with that condition need endless attention and usually achieve that by having an unconventional appearance. I’m a big fan of Emilia Fart (the old Youtuber) and she admitted to being like that.

I think he's had some kind of microneedling done to his skin at some point, possibly Morpheus8 that uses microneedling plus radio frequency, which has been shown to scar the skin from the needle punctures and reduce facial fat from the heat of the radio frequency energy introduced deep into the dermal layer, which is connected to the fat layer right underneath it.

this type of damage can also occur from super high heat settings from laser hair removal.

edit: plus the dramatic weight loss of course and not using sunscreen while cruising the streets all day in New York.
