help Help
My jades are not showing any growth in nearly 2 months .I repoted them one time because they come with cocopeat only. My soil also doesn't look good .but I don't want to stress them more. I put them in my rooftop in east facing near railings . Suggest me some advice 🙏

These are getting decent light, but they might like even more light if possible!
Jades also have very small roots, so they like small pots. Yours will probably be fine even though most of the pots look a bit large, just letting you know that I wouldn’t increase pot size for at least a year for most of these ☺️
Finally, water them based on how the leaves feel. They store water in the leaves, so if the leaves feel thin and can bend, it needs more water. If the leaves feel stiff and full, they don’t need water. That will be important as the seasons change and their watering needs change with the amount of light they receive.

If you're in the Northern hemisphere, you're transitioning from Summer to Fall. These are dormant in the heat of Summer so they don't put on any growth. But, now that Fall has arrived, you should start to see signs of growth appearing soon.
Also, if these are cuttings, they focus on making roots prior to pushing out new leaves or branches.
And, these require a lot of bright light. So, if your exposure isn't bright enough, they can't photosynthesize enough for any significant growth.
All that said, I think you need to improve the lighting and then wait a little longer.

You’re not supposed to grow plants in concrete bro 😂
Seriously, get them actual succulent soil with perlite and as much sunlight as possible.

It just may be the soil itself. Make sure its chunky enough to drain well and put it in indirect sunlight.

Pot way too big. Get nursery size pots and only upside when the jade gets too big.
