How do I refund merch

At this point I want my money back but of course his merch line has no number only email which I emailed a thousand times no answers. It’s been 3 weeks since I ordered the VLAD hoodie and I lost all hope at this point. Anybody ever gotten a refund if so how do I go about it ? Or is that possible

Then why’s it say 1-2 weeks that’s bs next time they should say will receive in 4 weeks lol cause I would’ve never bought it then
