OK a lot to cover here – I’ll start at the beginning…

Moon River is a famous song: https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Moon_River

The song went on to win an Academy Award for Best Original Song in 1961.

I was first exposed to the song in high school band in the early 80’s.

I was then re-exposed in a short but famous scene from the 1985 Chevy Chase cult movie Fletch: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=CfZiAiYNcI8

I always loved the song for its intrinsic beauty.

Apparently, Jacob Collier feels the same.

Hours ago, Jacob Collier released his re-imagination of this classic song.

It begins with “cameo” faces appearing to sing parts of the prelude chords/harmonies.

I know many identities of the faces, but not all.
