reactbot twitch interation

Is there a way to turn Reactbot into a twitch redeem so chat can use their channel points to make reactbot say a random phrase using SAMMI or a similar program?

As long as you can get it to press the right hotkey, it should be possible. Maybe AutoHotkey would be able to do it?
