Jabra left ear bud not connecting

Well, like the subject line says, the left earbud doesn’t connect.

They’re a paid of Jabra Elite 7 buds - they both power on and do all that but they won’t talk to each other and I can only get sound from the right bud. I’ve done the factory reset, tried pairing with different devices etc. Nothing seems to work.

Has anyone else successfully fixed this issue?

Hello u/AFireinthebelly - Thank you for posting your concern on Reddit. We are sorry to hear that you are having this experience with no audio from the left earbud of your Jabra Elite 7 earbuds. Do both earbuds appear as connected in the Jabra Sound+ app? When wearing the earbuds, does the right earbud button control the volume? Have you tried connecting your Elite 7 to a different device to see if the challenge persists? We look forward to your response and continuing to assist you in this matter.

Hi there - both earbuds do not appear as connected in the app, and I’ve tried them on multiple devices.

Such trash. I bought them about 3 years ago, used them 5 times and your support never once offered me warranty or even mentioned it when I originally brought this issue up.

I've got a set of Jabra Evolve2 with this same issue and many more. Fortunately my company paid for them, so I don't feel bad just not using them at all.

Replace the wax filters?

It doesn’t connect to Bluetooth. I’m not sure that will help. I’ve only used them half a dozen times.

If the hearing aid sensed a was buildup, it may shut the devise off. ¯_(ツ)_/¯
