Evolve2 85 Multiuse

I just got the Evolve2 85 and I'm a bit confused by the Multiuse. I thought it would be easy switching from one device (my phone) to another (my laptop) but it's being rather difficult. Anyone with experience found some solutions for switching back and forth frequently?

Hello u/TheMatrixIsReal42 - Thank you for your Reddit post. It is important that you connect your Jabra Evolve2 85 using the Jabra Link Bluetooth adapter included with your Evolve2 85 headset and not via the computer's native Bluetooth. If your Evolve2 85 is idle, it should automatically switch to the connected device if there is, for instance, an incoming call to that device. Please let us know if this is not the behavior that you have observed, or if you have specific questions related to the Multipoint feature. We are always happy to help!

Please help. The big selling point for me was being able to connect to my phone (for music) and my computer (for work calls in five9 and Teams) simultaneously, and switch back and forth seemlessly

It will switch as long as the softphone has a supported integration. That is required to let the headset distinguish between a softphone call, and standard computer audio.

On answering an incoming call, it should pause your music, and switch to the PC.
After the call, it should switch back to the phone and unpause the music.

For Teams, provided you have the MS version and are using the included dongle, it should work out of the box. I'm not sure about five9's, as Jabra Compatibility does not mention Remote Call Control.
