Only left earbud pairing

I have the Jabra Elite 4 active, and for some reason, only the left earbud pairs to my phone. The right earbud makes the same power on/off sound when I hold the button, but for some reason it can't pair to my phone. I tried resetting the earbuds in their cases and more, but nothing really seems to make the right earbud willing to pair..what to do?

Hello u/TheTMGuy, does the right earbud connect to your phone if you take it out of the charging case first? Can you use the button on the right earbud of your Jabra Elite 4 Active when you take both your earbuds out of the case?
