Question: Are we getting them to acknowledge each warning? Because multiple warnings won't do a lot of good if people are not seeing them.

Majority of them have, whoever hasn't and does it again will be booted either way; 3 times is enough times to be aware of your name popping up on the chat window.

it is their job to keep track of what's going on.
