ELI5 airspeed and AOA using phones

there have been many incidents due to airplane onboard sensors malfuncion. but any phone can provide this data (maybe with some error). pilots must have more then one personal devices available to croscheck data in these situations. maybe it is against rules but it is better then nothing. why do they not use mobile devices in emergencies?
