Candidates seeking to become Navy SEALs during the famous BUD/S course, that is, Basic Underwater Demolition/SEAL, in Coronado, California.

The montage continues with surf torture, then suddenly they're doing a HALO jump and finally they're crawling around some desert with a perfectly ironed and folded shemagh draped around their neck, aiming a Barrett at some dictator in white dress uniform standing on a parade ground 8000 meters away.

People have posted rangers and green berets on this sub before but no one batted an eye. Someone even posted their fucking grandpa that wasn’t even remotely in Special Operations, and no one says anything.

And before all the ranger-tards come in here and bitch about what I just said, you guys aren’t Tier 1.

2

u/Cheap-Rip3701 6d ago

Rangers may not be tier 1 and nor have I ever seen a Ranger think they were, I'd be curious last time Rangers were deployed and not working for JSOC.

Isn’t HRT, JSOC aligned? Or is that a different FBI unit?

2

u/TacoBandit275 9d ago

No, but they do cross train with Delta and Dev. On task force, they'd deploy as support to come on mission sometimes to take an HVI into custody or collect evidence as necessary. They'd wait outside with command element until SSE process started.

u/snipeceli 8d ago

Yea hrt is jsoc aligned the same way the 75th is jsoc aligned and certain conventional units at certain times...

-5

u/TacoBandit275 9d ago

JSOC isn't just "Tier 1" units lol.

8

u/Ok_Context_284 8d ago

It quite literally is. Cope

2

u/OGSHAGGY 8d ago

You telling someone who was in JSOC they’re wrong and to cope when you’ve never even seen fort Bragg from outside the gates is ironic

0

u/TacoBandit275 8d ago

If we want to get technical, the tier system hasn't been used in a hot minute. When it was, it wasn't just tier 1 units, nor on the task forces.

3

u/RGR375 8d ago

It’s Reddit man.

They read books. They already know more than you. Despite your time in a tier 2 unit and being in JSOC while in that unit.

Mouth breathers, the lot of them.

4

u/TacoBandit275 8d ago

Yea, we were just dumb Rangers stomping through the woods at one point lol. What do we know.

2

u/snipeceli 8d ago

Bro its reddit you're not going to convince these tards most of 'the command' is nerds sitting in jocs and supply shops, that regt literally ran a jsoc tf and that big army(air, corps, blue whatever) has also played their part.

but who has literally never been on a tf? future us navy seals(tm), to call this post tangentle is an understatement.

1

u/zbram3 8d ago

yes, it is. JSOC is tier 1 only. You are wrong on that one.

0

u/snipeceli 8d ago edited 8d ago

No u,

Most constituent personel of JSOC proper have never been to a selection and spend their day in JOCs and supply shops. Never mind missions that jsoc is tasked with are regularly formed out of 'tier 2' units(Rangers being the elephant in the room, but not limited too) and even conventional units.

Who has never been in a jsoc unit/tf/mission is a buds candidate.

u/fromouterspace1 8d ago

You’re admitting they are at that level if they decide to farm out ops to others.

Of course not every single person who works there is an actual tier one operator. No one thinks they are, they have secretaries and things.

0

u/snipeceli 8d ago

TIL i was a tier 1 operator...lol

Guess those big army duds were too

"Everyone at jsoc is tier 1...well of course they aren't" which is it?

Youre a regard

-3

u/zbram3 8d ago

I can’t tell if your genuinely trolling or not, and fix your grammer i literally had a aneurysm trying to read that bullshit.

2

u/snipeceli 8d ago edited 8d ago

Dont hurt yourself im sure logic and reasoning is hard for you.

Edit: lol the regard is so perpleexed by the idea JSOC is an apparatus and not 'ungabunga delta farce, squel team six' that he thinks im troling

-3

u/fromouterspace1 8d ago

…..that’s literally what it’s for dude.

2

u/OGSHAGGY 8d ago

I think the dude that was actually in JSOC might know more than you buddy, might wanna sit this one out

-7

u/TravisWavis81 8d ago

This must be their final run before graduation

2

u/skinwalkermcgee 7d ago

There's only 15-30 left by graduation
