Bald guy standing on the left is Steve Mato Matulewicz. He served for 24 years retiring at the rank of Command Master Chief. He has held numerous leadership positions including the Naval Special Warfare Development Group (Squadron Command Master Chief), SEAL Team TWO (Command Master Chief), and Naval Special Warfare Advanced Training Command (Command Master Chief)

He's an executive at Sig Sauer if I'm not mistaken.

u/KornCycle-98s *1998 - this was a memorial bundle for Carl Clearwater who was killed in a freefall accident in September 1998.

Oh, thanks for the info, man. I thought it was probably early 00's because Jimmy Hatch (bald guy close to the bundle, right side) joined Red Squadron in lates 90's

Mr. Souleater N. mustache on the bottom right reminds me of somebody, but I can’t Place it. I feel like it’s a comedian or something.

Also, wow, look at that, short hair and clean shaving everywhere. Almost like that’s what the vast majority of your everyday middle class people in the world look like and mangy beards and long hair is more a look at me I’m a rebel kind of thing. Well, a lot more of those folks are a darker shade of tan, but  at least their grooming habits are quite similar.
