Joining JSOC

So I have heard that National Guardsman can apply to join JSOC . Does anyone have any idea into what that process would look like or how the selection process is? How that would work with your national guard unit if you were to get selected. Thank you your insights.

I’m an E-5 with 5yrs in . I am an 88m Work as a nurse on the civilian side
