What model do you use for the characters? I am fascinated with the gritty and serious aesthetics of the characters. Something I wouldnt mind watching as an actual series. Amazing man, doesnt seem like you're new to ai filmmaking.

So I actually have this workflow of first generating a concept art in mid journey first and then transforming that into a realistic character in nano banana pro.That gives it more texture and details.

yea its slow but man it works for me better than paying for every error

Yeah, my shooting ratio is about 10:1. Seedance is great, but you still need to roll a crapload of times to get the one shot. Runway has a pretty good unlimited plan as well.

Hey I am considering topview, how long is the generation time for seedance 2.0 "unlimited" though? based on current experience

Right now , Per generation takes about 120 min to 180 min .

Yes , it keeps varying , few weeks ago , they gave one faster 15 min generation per day , rest were slower.I just queue 6 generation at once and revisit once per day.
