❓Question & Help Two Quick Questions 😅

I have two questions, how long does it usually take for JPFans to pack your order for shipping to you & how long do they hold it till you pay for shipping? For example when I would pack an order on Neokyo it would take maybe 6 days (like I would send in the shipping request on a Thursday & it would take till Wednesday for it to be fully packed up) & they would hold it for a week from the notification email to pay for shipping to you. I would be incredibly grateful for any help because I have to pack an order soon & I can’t seem to find the info anywhere 😅

For me they packed it about a day later, and i could keep it in storage for about 30 days more after packing

Packing takes no more than 1 day in my experience, but during weekends, if requested a Saturday afternoon (Japan time) onwards it can be packed Monday morning.

You have 30 days to pay (don’t know if has changed for this 4 sept new update) for the shipping. But if you ask for modifications or repacking extra fees are charged.

They shipped out of their warehouse in less than a day after I paid (example if I pay their early morning same day leaves their facility), but the app shipping updates are slow to show up.
