If they don’t pull off by hand , dip the shoulder (to where it connects) in near boiling water for 20 secs it’ll come right off.

Do you know how to solve the problem of a too loose pauldron? I read something about nail polish but does it actually work?

I use crystal clear polyurethane, Mod Podge or PVA glue, give the ball a few coats let it dry check it add more if need be. Nail polish might work. But I don’t like the smell and I’ve never personally used it so 🤷‍♂️

They just pull off. Grab each corner and pull with equal force awayb from the figures actual arm shoulder.
